  Great clinic for cat care, I've been bringing my cats for years and have felt very confident in doc's assessments and treatment options. She tries least invasive options first. It's not a low cost veterinary clinic but not out of the realm on pricing.

  I chose to see dr smullen bc her clinic was close to my house, specialized in cats and she had good reviews. With our girl cat who had pink eye, no complaints, staff is really nice. We also brought our boy cat and this is why 1 star. He had some weight loss and questionable urine results. She had us do a water deprivation test on him (no water for 24 hours) i emailed her w a question on Sunday because i was told the email was checked and never heard back. Me being nervous took him to the emergency vet. They told me 1. The numbers in his urine we not that bad 2. Its RARE to need to do a water deprivation test and wasn't needed, and 3. That she had put him on a steriod that was unnecessary, and hed need to be tapered off which we were never told. My email was never answered, I called and cancelled their follow up appointments on the answering machine and there was no follow up. Im not sure how everyone else has amazing things to say but this makes me feel like she doesn't care about her patients. I paid 500+ for what i now feel were unnecessary tests and can't even get a follow up response? I'm not even mad about the $, im upset what i put my cat thru for no reason. Its great everyone else has had a great experience here just be careful!
